  • Stainless steel exterior front and sides.

  • Anodized aluminum interior to prevent corrosion.

  • Self-closing doors on cam lift hinges with 120° stay open feature for easy product loading.

  • Snap-in magnetic gaskets for a positive seal and easy removal or cleaning.

  • Two inch CFC free foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, for added strength and energy efficiency.

  • Low energy consumption and operating cost based on independent test study.

  • Front air breathing allows for built-in applications. Some special precautions may apply.

  • Insulated lids to ensure constant temperature and reduced energy consumption.

  • Interior liner duct maintains airflow under foodservice pans and prevents food spillage from entering cabinet interior.

  • Accommodates six inch deep foodservice pans, four inch deep polycarbonate pans included.

  • Ten inch deep cutting board, standard.

  • Adjustable epoxy coated steel wire shelves, standard (two per section).

  • Six inch casters, two with brakes standard.

  • Pans are cooled from the bottom, eliminating the necessity of air blanket.
