Hatco Glo-Ray Infrared Foodwarmers keep all hot foods at optimum serving temperatures longer. Foods do not dry out or become discolored; even the most delicate dishes hold that “just-prepared” look. The Glo-Ray pre-focused heat pattern directs heat from a tubular element to bathe the entire holding surface.
  • Aluminum construction

  • The continuous housings, up to 12'  in width, are very strong and eliminate the danger of sagging.

  • A 3" or 6" spacer is available as well as shatter-resistant incandescent lights that illuminate the warming area.

  • Remote control enclosures are available in several sizes, built in accordance with UL Standards to accommodate switches, indicator lights and wiring, ready for installation.

  • Available in widths from 18" to 12'.

  • Pre-focused heat maintains serving temperatures longer without continuing to cook the food.

  • Variety of models, configurations, colors and accessories provide unlimited design flexibility.

Hatco Glo-Ray Heated Display Cases are designed for “show and sell” areas in any commercial foodservice operation.

  • Constructed of stainless steel and aluminum, they feature full view tempered glass sides and rollerless sliding doors.

  • A metal sheathed element directs heat from above while the thermostatically controlled base conducts heat from below.

  • Incandescent display lights illuminate the cabinet interior.

  • An exclusive cool base construction and use less energy than competitive display cases.

  • The infrared heating elements are guaranteed against burnout and breakagefor two years.

  • All non-humidified models ship with a chrome pan rail, 4"adjustable legs and factory attached 6' cord and plug.

  • Food pans are not included.

Hold everything from meat to vegetables to rolls in the Hatco Drawer Warmer.  Each Drawer features adjustable sliding vents and individual thermostatic controls to hold a wide variety of hot foods safely for peak serving periods.

  • Freestanding models built of rugged stainless steel with durable nylon rollers, stainless steel slides, and heavy-duty hardware.

  • Each drawer has a recessed on/off switch, thermostat, temperature monitor, and vent slides to control humidity.

  • Standard 20¾" x 12¾" x 6" pans that lift straight out of standard width units are supplied with each drawer.

  • The insulated top and sides provide maximum energy efficiency and the heating elements are warranted for two years.

  • Freestanding units come with 6' cord and plug.

  • Available in narrow and standard widths, built-in or freestanding models.
