  • For thermo units, an energy saving thermostat every two burners is placed and can be adjustable from 150 to 450 degrees.
  • 3" wide grease gutter in the snack size and 4 " wide in the  heavy duty line with large drain opening for easy cleaning.
  • Large 1-1/2 gallon capacity grease can.

  • 5/8” thick griddle plate with polished cooking surface on the snack series. 3/4” thick griddle plate with polished cooking surface on heavy duty models. (manual)

  • 3/4” thick griddle plate with polished cooking surface, 1” thick plate on 60” and 72” models. (thermo)

  • Oven contact surfaces have porcelain finish for easy maintenance.

  • Oven door constructed for heavy loads and usage.  Easily removable for cleaning.

  • Oven safety valve on pilot provides 100% shut down if flame goes out.

  • Piezo style, push button (matchless) ignition to light the standing pilot on the oven.

  • "U" shape oven burner provides 35,000 BTU/hr.(27,000 for 24" range) for consistent heating.  Oven design enhances airflow.

  • 5/8" thick griddle plate, highly polished, with 3" wide grease drawer for griddles.

  • 1-1/2 gallon capacity grease trough.

  • Full width removable crumb/drip trays under open burners.

  • Cheesemelter or Salamander may be easily mounted on backguard shelf as option (with an upcharge).

  • 6" legs are standard. Casters optional.
