Returns are accepted for store credit if items are unused and in original packaging within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise. The items must be unused, in new and sellable condition with the original packaging-accessories and parts included. Special order or custom items are not eligible of return under any circumstances. A restocking charge may apply as manufacturer terms for returns may vary. In some cases, shipping costs will be deducted from the store credit amount if merchandise must be shipped back to its origin factor or to Arrow Restaurant Equipment. Returns will not be accepted without written authorization from Arrow Restaurant Equipment.
